Hi Kemal,

From the logs I don't see any leg setup issued for the call, did you use leg setup command for placing call.

"TCL prompt is playing announce after 3 ring later"  You mean after IP phone (called party) ringing for 3 times then only you heard prompt at calling party.

Please check the below link it might be helpful.

Thanks,
Raghavendra

No ip phone is not rining anymore.

When I dial office pstn number , can comes from via FXO then i can hear ringbacktone 3 times after that i can hear ivr  announce  after hearing 3 times ringbacktone .     after playing announce call is connect ip phone via hunt pilot number who is available first.

Thanks

I did try no caller id enable and ring number 1 but did  not work

Could you please share the TCL script.

Thanks,

Raghavendra

I found somethink on FXO port.

When call comes from 0/2/2 ivr is not working, ivr is working only 0/2/0 port if call come    that port.

All of  FXO  port config are same.

From the logs found that you are using g711alaw codec audio file, make sure the codec configured on the dial-peer and file format of IVR media play are of same format.

Thanks,
Raghavendra

I found this issue probably related fxo port because when the  call come from 0/2/2 port not accept the call after 3 ring later calls comes 0/2/0 port than ivr is working fine.

not working via 0/2/2;

Thanks for update. If it is working in one port, not working in other port then it is not a TCL script issue. You can check with cisco TAC for port issue.

Thanks,

Raghavendra

2 sec initialDigitTimeout might be very less  did you try to increase.
set param(initialDigitTimeout) 2

You may need to stop media if already playing before playing another media file. Issue media command before leg setup as below instead of after leg setup

media play leg_incoming flash:Transfer.au
leg setup "#7300" callInfo leg_incoming

please share us logs for both working and not working case.

Thanks,
Raghavendra
