Hi, I have a requirement for implementing Private VLAN. and suddenly i got a concern : can a normal access port which is assign with primary vlan, communicate with private vlan (community, isolated, promiscous)
Good day, since all VLANs in a private VLAN domain share the same primary VLAN a host on an isolated VLAN can only communicate with the associated promiscuous port in its primary VLAN. In other words, hosts on community VLANs can communicate among themselves and with their associated promiscuous port but not with ports in other community VLANs. Check out this document.
