Modify Agent Desktop GUI

Hello,

I ran into a small challenge, i must modify the Agent Desktop skin. At this moment orientation is horizontal , but a vertical design would be better for me. Does it possible to modify the GUI or add a new skin (at least re-order the buttons at the top)?

Can you please provide us more information about the kind of the desktop?

Is it a CAD or CTIOS desktop?

what is the version?

If CTIOS based - which CIL desktop are we talking about.

Or is it the out of the box agent desktops?
