CUIC Live Data Custom Report Definition Field

The stock 11.0 report definition "RD Agent" includes a formula field for Duration. The formula being used for that field is:

DURATION(${agent.agentMRDs.dateTimeLastStateChange})

When I attempt to recreate this field in my own custom report definition, I receive the following error:

"The formula is invalid. Please check online help for best practices."

How can I use the DURATION function as employed in the stock report definition? Is there a source of documentation covering supported functions beyond what is offered in the Report Customization guides?

I tried creating a RD with formula as DURATION(${agent.agentMRDs.dateTimeLastStateChange})

and this was successful.

In general, if you pick a formula from a STOCK report definition and you are trying to use it in your custom RD, it should work unless there are syntactical errors.
