kindly I have Cisco Core Switch 4507 24 POE 1G  + 6 SFP  , this model is End-of -sale and I have low Budget , so I need your recommendation for new L3 Core SW with 24 POE 1G  + 6 SFP fiber , thanks

Hi Amr

For your replacement I like the

CISCO WS-C3850-24P-E CATALYST 3850-24P-E MANAGED L3 SWITCH - 24 POE+ ETHERNET PORTS.

It has a open bay so you can add the SFP feature.

Be aware that the 3850 only has 4x1Gb SFP modules, not 6. This is the case with the 3650 and 2960X as well. To get the SFP port density required you will need to get (2) WS-C3850-24P-E, each with the 1Gb network module and stack the two together.

Another point, you may not need the IP Services license depending on what layer 3 features are required. IP Base (WS-C3850-24P-S) may end up being sufficient for your environment, and less expensive.
