dear experts.

please help me to choose the right switch for my small network

1- 24 ports gigabit  (not more)

2- 2 or 4 10Gbs uplink ports with RJ45 CAT6A standard (not optical)

3- POE capability is an option

4- not expensive model

You can find the Cisco Switch Selector tool very helpful. It will narrow down for you the switches which fit your requirements.
