Trying to create a feedback option in TP API

I've been able to create the buttons and feedback option through the Telepresence GUI In Room Editor but I don't know how to tie the feedback buttons to send an email.

For instance, if a user has an issue, they push "feedback" and then "I have an issue" and we want that button to trigger an email to our service desk.

Anyone done anything similar?
