BE6000S and Voice VLAN100

I am in the process of converting from a UC560 to a BE6000S.  The issue I have run into is that in the UC560 deployment I handed the UC560 a trunk port.  When I try to feed the BE6000S a trunk port on Gig 0/1 I cannot access any of the VMs  Worked with TAC for 5 hours and they insist that a trunk port is required.  However I found a rather old discussion on this https://communities.cisco.com/thread/58821?start=15&tstart=0 that states that there is no VLAN support for it to get a trunk port.  I assume that I would have to feed gig 0/1 of the BE6000s an access port set to VLAN 100.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot get phones to talk to CUCM.

HI Damessmer,

So you want to run multiple vlans in VMWare on BE6KS ?

This is what I did with my customer, If you want to run multiple vlans in vNICs, I used the trunk port from the switch config, BE6KS is using a Bridge Virtual Interface (BVI) which having G0/1 and Ge0/2 and members. So in the switch port which is connecting to BVI use a trunk port if you want to run multiple vlans, if the single vlan just use as access port.

I believe below guide will help you.
