We are unable to access the HTTPS link on APIC-EM, Services were running last week & we had unexpected power shutdown, once after the power restoration, we are unable to access the application via HTTPS.
I checked with grape instance status command all services are running, however, all services are running, Can someone help us to know how to configure start Hppts services.
Thanks

reverse-proxy service provides HTTPS, and node-ui is the UI service.
Does the API respond?
Have you done a "reset_grapevine" to restart all of the services gracefully?
NOTE: make sure you say "N" to the destroy disks option, otherwise your controller will go back to factory defaults.

Yes, App responding.
During the rest_grapevine i got an error of NTP is not syncing, After configuring the NTP using Config_Wizard command, now the application is up & running, no data loss.
Thanks
