I can see there are few nodes under cisco -> callback (as shown in the picture). Can anyone guide me how to use these nodes for a callback?
These are the nodes that are used in the Courtesy Callback application. You can find detail about them in the CVP Configuration guide or in the Element Specifications guide.
You can refer to sample app for courtesy callback that gets shipped along with CVP. you can find it in CVP installation as "%CVP_HOME%\OPSConsoleServer\StudioDownloads\CourtesyCallbackStudioScripts.zip"
