Integration with salesforce

We want Cisco IP phone integration with Salesforce.

Hi Dhaval,

Depending on what you want, you could do this with IP phone services, but you would have to create some kind of 'middle-ware' web server that connects to Salesforce on one side, and talks IP Phone Services on the other.

I was able to locate this site. This does integrate with Webex Teams, Cisco Webex, and Salesforce.
