We are facing the same issue described in the following post.

However, we have a PCCE environment with VVB and hence bootstrap.tcl is included in the CVPComprehensive.aef and I'm wondering how to apply "param delay 1000" for the comprehensive app.
Has someone encountered the same issue?
Any help is highly appreciated.
