Cisco AnyConnect Client for Mac incompatible with MacOS High Sierra

I'm trying to connect with a DevNet Lab sandbox and have to download the Cisco AnyConnect Client in order to connect with the sandbox VPN, but when I try to download the client and install it i get a warning saying the version of the client i'm downloading is incompatible with my OS. Here is the filename of what is being downloaded: anyconnect-macosx-i386-3.1.09013-k9.

The recommended version of AnyConnect for macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) is AnyConnect 4.5.02XXX and above.
