Do Spark registered endpoints have an expiration date?

I have a number of SX20 units that were registered to the Spark cloud. These units sat for over 45-60+ days with no use. Yesterday all those in Australia had to be factory reset in order to get them to wake-up. They should "offline" in the Spark Portal. I deleted the Device and issued a new Activation Code.

Troy,

This behavior was established for security purposes. When the video system activates it gets a security token that is good for 60 days - and if it is online during that time period it will keep refreshing the security token. If it is off for 60+ days the token will expire, and you will need to get a new authorization code.

I recommend you submit your feedback regarding "offlining" the devices in the Spark Portal via your Cisco Spark app.

I hope this helps.
