Hello Cisco team,
The issue with Communicator, I have installed Cisco IP Communicator 11.7 on my machine when I am trying to call from Communicator not able to connect the call.
Can someone help me on this and the prefix I am using is 90111.
Need Suggestions.

Are you using a Sandbox?
One quick suggestion is to look at the security profile for the phone. You may need to use a UDP only profile if you're trying to make a call over VPN. Do you know about this setting?

Also note that the lab CUCM instances are not connected to the PSTN, and you will not be able to place an external/long-distance call (guessing from the 9011 prefix...)
To test calling, you will probably want to configure a second endpoint (i.e. another PC with IPC or Jabber softphone).
