Hi all,
I need to add agent state field to a live data report. The base is Team Summary Report, but this report haven't agent state field. Is possible add it?

Hi ,
I assume this is UCCE deployment. In release 11.6, we have 'Agent State Log' live data report . This is also added as a out-of-the box gadget in Finesse.
Does this address your requirement?
if not, can you please explain the use case what you are trying to achieve.

Hi Vikram,
This case is a UCCX release 10.6. I need a report with 5 field (agent name, login duration, call offered, call handled and agent state), but in no report have I found all of them.

We have added few new reports in UCCX R11.6. Please look at Reporting guide : Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Reporting Guide, Release 11.6(1) - Cisco
UCCX does not suport customization of Live Data reports.
