Not able to add new POST URL in cisco meraki configuration

Hi

I am trying to add call back URL (POST URL) in meraki, under Innovation district>Network-Wide>General.

,But add button is not visible under Location and Scanning session. But I am can see already 4 POST URL added in Location and Scanning.

Is  maximum 4 URL will it accept or do we need permission to add POST URL.

Please suggest me.
