Jabber Softphone Feature Needed!




I was instructed to put this feature request here as there is still a use case that only CIPC can currently address that Jabber cannot.  In contact center environments using extension mobility (the agent extension is on the EM profile), when agents need to work remotely, they cannot use the Jabber softphone as it doesn't support extension mobility.  They still have to use CIPC.  CIPC is EOL and this is a fairly common use case where it is still the best option available.  As Jabber 12 is adding support for multi-line, in part for contact center agent support, I believe this use case should be addressed as well.
