Seeing a warning icon on ISE dashboard after adding licenses. licesning team advised to reboot box.
The Admin node is in production. What effect will rebooting this node have on our environment?
If I’m unable to reboot the node (likely) what effect will de-registering then re-registering the device have?

You should be working through the tac on this for hands on guidance as this is critical and needs to be discussed in detail on what to recommend.
It might require some more debugging and troubleshooting.
Any of this should be done after hours. My recommendation would be to try failing over to the secondary pan to see what happens.
