Hi everyone - I'm brand new to the forum and this is my first (newbie!) question - apologies if I have stepped on any etiquette or rules!
I'm working with someone who is interested in developing a new Voice Cloud Solution (SaaS) which will use HCS for the Media Gateway and a few other Cloud-based elements. He does not have an instance of HCS for development. My question is; do Cisco make instances of HCS available for development purposes - or must one purchase the platform in it's entirety, in order to conduct development?
