Webex XML API CreateEvent with Registration Disabled

Is there are way to use <registration>FALSE</registration> with create event? The documentation https://developer.cisco.com/site/webex-developer/develop-test/xml-api/xml-api-reference has "registration" listed as a valid element for event sessions, but I am not sure where it is suppose to go in the request.

Hello,

     registration is a child of extOptions and specifies whether enrollment is required for the event. extOptions is a child of bodyContent. You may also set idReq, as a child of enrollment, which specifies whether an enrollment ID is required to join the event.
