In our application, we have integrated Cisco switch and for telephony call control have implemented atapi api.
When any conference member get disconnected from conference call then event OnCallStateChanged get raised for callstate.idle for all conference member. Through event not getting exactly which conference member had dropped from conference.
Example of scenario:
Step1 : A calls to B and B answer the call
Step2:B make the consultation call to C for conference calling and C answer the call
Step3:B initiate for conference call
step4:A and B and C are in conference call
Step5:B drop the call
step6:A and B should be in connected state
On step 5, OnCallStateChanged event get raised for CallState.Idle and CallState.Conncted
Now problem is CallState.Idle get raised for all member but we are not getting exactly who had dropped the call from conference.
Is it limitation of Cisco switch?
