Agent Credentials on SSO

Hi,

I am trying to hit Finesse API for transferring the call and getting error "HTTP authentication required". I am logged in with SSO. Can anyone help how to get user credentials on gadget while he/she logged in with SSO?

Hi,

Are you using the Finesse REST API or the Finesse JavaScript API. SSO is only supported via the Finesse Agent Desktop & the Finesse JavaScript APIs.

I believe that you will need to use the IDS Client SDK for the Finesse REST API: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/contact-center-express/#cisco-identity-service-client-sdk-overview (I have not tried this myself)
