UCCX week on week trend analysis

A customer is looking for week on week trend analysis reporting. They are running UCCX 11.5 and CUCM 11.5. I’ve let them know this is not possible from CUIC reporting but they are looking for alternatives. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Does the out of the box reporting allow for week on week trend analysis?  An example would be a supervisor to be able to view Agent X’s call management performance week on week over a 6 month period without the need for them to export a report and carry out various data manipulations.

This needs custom reporting to achieve this .

I am in the same boat. Was just curious if you were able to find alternative 3rd party reporting tools used for call trend analysis?
