Hi Teams, we are testing Spark and got feedback on notification errors - means user is not receiving notification while Box is Sync Up to Spark - while looks all notification set ups are marked to receive all information updates from Box to appear in Spark.
Any ideas how to check further?

Hi Kelly,
Thanks - we are actually using it - but like for me it is working and my colleague - when Synced Spark and Box - is not received notifications (but I am when being part of the Spark Team/Space)
