Is there a way to "select all" units based on criteria?

Hi.

In TMS 15.5.0 i have over 3000 endpoints.
A new template needs to be pushed to all of the SX20 units, based on their location e.g. template for SX20 in AMEA, template for SX20 and so on.
Is there a way to perform a search for the systems with a particular name (e.g. "China*") to get the list of all the matching systems, and then push the new template to those systems with a few clicks of a mouse (e.g. "select all" >>"set the template">>)?
Current best way i have is to go to the templates and select "set on" and then go through all the systems and select each one of those i want to have the template on, which is a lot of clicks .
