Not able to add IM & Presence service nodes in expressway C

Dears,

I am trying to add the  IM & Presence service nodes in expressway C without success and faced this error msg :

[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:661): Contact Cisco Technical Assistance Center.

I did sign and upload all certificates on presence nodes .. note that cucm nodes were added successfully.

Any help would be appreciated !!!

I spoke with a Cisco expert on this subject, and he recommend you post this to the Cisco Support Community where you can receive help with trouble shooting and for any other related questions.
