Policy Based Routing Help.

Getting error when attempting to run command..."Device(config)# route-map pbr-map permit" Getting "Invalid Input detected at '^' marker

I can run this command on my Cisco Catalyst 3850-XS 10g SPF Switch but not my Cisco Catalyst 2960-X.

Looking for so insight on this issue.

it's possible you need to change the sdm template that the switch is using. Try "sdm prefer routing" on global configuration mode

Catalyst 2960-x has 3 feature sets -

IP Lite

(Layer 3)

LAN Base

(Layer 2)

LAN Lite

(Basic Layer 2)

What is feature set on you catalyst ?
