Add 'prefix' digit to call history

I'm doing a CUCM POC. I have my CUCM setup with an H.323 trunk to my Avaya system where all external outbound calls exit.  All is working if my users with Cisco IP calls make outbound calls.  However, when they try to redial a call that they missed, the call does not go through. The reason is the recent history only displays the area code + phone number.  For these calls to go through, they need to dial a certain digit first to get out.

Example: In the call history, they see  212-256-1234, but to actually make that call, they need to dial 9 212-256-1234. How do I get the 9 to show up in the call history?

We do it by applying Calling Party Transformation either at the Trunk Level or at the Device Level for inbound to take [2-9]xxxxxxxx and transform it by prefixing a 9 in front of it.
