Increase Conference Now participants per room

I am new to CUCM.  The conference now feature seemed straight forward to setup and works great, but is limited to only 4 users.  This seems to be a cluster wide setting.  Does anyone know how to increase the maximum number of conference now participant per user ?

Take a look at Maximum Meet-me conference unicast number,

• The maximum number of conference parties is controlled by the existing CallManager service parameter Maximum Meet-Me Conference Unicast.

Correct.  From the guide:

Maximum number of participants in a conference is controlled by the existing CallManager service parameter "Maximum MeetMe Conference Unicast". It applies to both internal and external callers.
