Is there an upgrade guide for 11 to 11.5? I see that SQL Server is available in 11.5 as an archive DB option while it is not available in 11.0. From the guide I see here, it looks like the idea is to go from 10.x to 11.5:

So is there one for 11 to 11.5? Ideally we would have SQL Server as the DB to use. Also, if we do an upgrade to 11.5 and are starting with a PostgreSql DB, would there be any issues with using a SQL Server DB with 11.5?
