It really interesting why Cisco do not think about the option to make an identity for participants who have not account in the WEBEX system.
Imagine you manage a class with some attendees and three of them joined by cellphone (external numbers) or internal phone (registered to CICM).
In CWMS they displayed as User 1,2,3
Assume you want to stop joining to someone, How do you know how to identify who each of the three is?
I think the minimum is to show the calling number or caller name automatically.
any idea?
