consult that how did the api to confirm the version（16.3.2）is effected by this cisco-sa-20180328-qos

hi dear sir ，

I use the api to obtain all PSIRTs for Cisco IOS XE Software 16.3.2, it return some prists. 

Refer to cisco-sa-20180328-qos ,  I  couldn't find the keyword 16.3.2 in the productName lists.  

so i want to consult that  how did the api to confirm the version（16.3.2）is effected by this cisco-sa-20180328-qos.
