Jabber - 409 Conflict during binding

I'm building a custom Jabber connector (desktop app) for a bot developped internally.

I can correctly authenticate to my Jabber Server through XMPP.

But when i want to perform a bind, the server always send me back a 409 conflict.

I've tried with pidgin and the cisco jabber SDK (https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/cisco-jabber-bot-sdk), it's the same answer ...

Yet the cisco jabber client is working well with my bot account (i can talk with him normally).

My company is using Cisco CUIMP 9.1 and might migrate to 11.5 at the end of the year.

Is there any configuration that shall be done on CUCM to pass the binding phase ?

What am i missing.

Thanks

It could be a number of things.  Cisco Jabber tends to "figure things out", whereas you generally need to configure other clients properly.

My first guess is that there's something wrong with your BOSH URL, or the settings on CIMP that handle the BOSH URL.  Try navigating to the BOSH URL right in your browser.  For example, browse to:

https://<your cimp server>:7335/httpbinding

or

http://<your cimp server>:7335/httpbinding

If you get a page informing you about BOSH, then that URL works.  If you get anything else, either the URL is wrong, or your CIMP settings are wrong.
