Cisco Jabber 12.0.1 (63173) - This screen capture could not be delivered

Hi,

I installed Jabber 12.0.1 and when I want to send an screenshot to anyone I'm getting the "This screen capture could not be delivered" message.

I used this article: https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/WBX88448

And installed the certificates, but I still have these issues.

I hope someone has a solution.
