Cisco Finesse- Not ready reason codes 2,3,4

Hi,

I have this situation where from the CUIC reports, agent not ready code is 4. There is also not ready reason code 3 and 2. Upon checking from the cisco documentation, there is no such not ready reason code 2,3, and 4. Can anyone tell me if what are the code description on this. Please be informed that there is no defined codes for not ready state on the client system.

Hi,

If there are no defined codes on the Finesse system, then it can only be system defined reason codes. But, if I remember correctly, system defined reason codes are long digits and not something as simple as 2,3,4. I would open a TAC case for them to investigate further.
