Hello,
I purchased earlier this year NFR-R-CSR11.X-K9-DLT and on the product page https://ciscosoftware.mediuscorp.com/collaboration/partner-demo-lab-and-training-bundle-11-x-now-includes-cisco-software… it mentions this :
The Collaboration Demo, Lab, Training Bundle includes one year of Cisco Software Support Service (SWSS), which gives access to major upgrades and minor updates, maintenance, and access to online resources, including the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), from a single contract. See http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/services/sell-and-market/software-support-service.html
SWSS is not available on previous versions of the bundle, prior to version 10.6. To ensure that you have access to downloads from software.cisco.com, add the service contract number for the order to the Cisco account profile undertaking the downloads https://tools.cisco.com/RPF/profile/profile_management.do on the Access tab. The service contract number can be obtained via the Cisco Service Contract Center (http://cisco.com/go/cscc), using the Cisco service order number in the electronic delivery.
So how do I upgrade the call manager licenses to v12 ?
I spoke with licensing and they mention I have to order via the PUT tool, but I guess for this I need a contract ?
I'm completely lost here !
Thanks for helping me out
Regards,
Mat

I'm here making sure my DLT software can get renewed and saw this. Im guessing you already have your answer, but in case not. If you have Smartnet on your software still, find the Product Upgrade Tool website. It's a site that once you register you will see your software appear. The PUT is where you request an upgrade to 12.x since you still have Smartnet. They dbl check and should post the software for you on there.
