While connecting a device to CUCM, I always encounter the DeviceRegTimedOut error on the first attempt. Why is it so?

Would you tell me the OS/browser/device information? and give me the logs.
Windows: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber Web SDK\Logs
Mac OS X: /Users/{username}/Library/Logs/Jabber Web SDK/

My MacOs version is 10.13.4. The JabberSDK that I am using is Jabber SDK Voice and Video version 11.8.2 for Web and I am testing the sample app on the chrome browser. I couldn't the the logs you mentioned but I can show you my console logs when we encounter the DeviceRegTimedOut error
I don't know why but every time I try connecting my device to CUCM I encounter this error on the first attempt and then it reconnects successfully but this process eventually ends up taking a lot of time.
