SocailMiner for 2 UCCX Clusters

Dear members,

One of our customers has 2 UCCX clusters (one for Help Desk and the other for customers queries) and one SocialMiner license.

Can they use the same SocialMiner server with the two UCCX clusters?

Hi Lara,

We cannot configure the same SocialMiner instance to work with multiple CCX deployments.

However, starting 11.5, SocialMiner is bundled with the CCX premium license. So you should be able to deploy SocialMiner instances for each CCX.

Our customer has UCCX and SocialMiner v.10.5 that will be upgraded to v.11.6. So after the upgrade, my problem will be solved.
