Hi All,
As part of Servicenow CMDB integration, Cloudcenter's version should be 4.8.2 or above. But our version is 4.8.1 and we are running it in non-HA mode. When I gone thru the document link I got bit confused.
We are planning to upgrade it to 4.9
Could anyone help me out on the upgrade process and steps.
We have in our environment:
1 - CCM (non-HA)
1 - Vcenter cloud integrated to it (AMQP, CCO - non-HA)
1 - AWS (AMQP, CCO - non-HA).
We have not have any DB, we are using postgres DB and a worker machine.
