Supervisor knows agents called number ?

Hi All,

Please i need to know if a supervisor in Cisco Finesse can know the numbers that his agents are calling (called number).

Is their live data or something ?

Hi,

No, I supervisor doesn't know any call details of the calls their agents are on. I am not aware of any live data with that information, but I can be wrong on that part.
