Connection to region (Vmware cloud) is interrupted

In CCC 4.9, I am getting an error for connection to region (Vmware cloud) is interrupted. Capacity data is not uptodate. In details it says 500. I have verified the cloud account as well as connection to orchestrator..no issues..I have rebooted the whole enviornment..no luck.Any help would be appreciated..Thanks
