CISCO AS uses a test automation framework called RASTA. This allows running system tests automatically, making this quicker and less error-prone. In order to automate testing of ACI fabrics (and potentially other networks later) we would like to integrate T-REX. The idea is to standardize on T-REX as the traffic generator/analyser of choice for all our automated network tests.
Would the T-REX development team be interested in teaming up for this? The integration into RASTA would be done by us (AS team), but we would appreciate support/expertise from the T-REX team to ensure the best approach, guidance on deployment models at customer sites, features that could be leveraged etc.
