Problem in loading the recorded session.

Hi Team,

My colleague has shared a web ex link for the session. But when i'm opening it, It is showing

Error: You can't access this recording because it has been deleted or is no longer available. For more information, contact the recording owner.

I have checked with him . He has not deleted anything. Could please help me out to get the recording session.
