Hi all,
I have turn on a BIB in the IP Phone's configurations, but when the phone is establshed, it send two messages to the direcotry number which is define in the recording profile, and when i establish one of them, the two will clear. I want to RECORDING the calls to this number(use my own recording program), but I can't do it.
Should i set more information?
