CTI Protocol Version on UCCX v12.5

Hello there,

  1. On UCCX v12.5, what's the (maximal) version of the supported CTI protocol?
  2. Could this info be found within the UCCX Administration web-API? If so, how?

this Can be found in the compability matrix

for version 12.5 the cti version is 13-17

Does this mean that the UCCX supports all of these (5) protocol-versions, or is this the range of potential versions, and only one of them is actually installed/enabled?
If the latter is correct, where would I find, within UCCX's administration web-panel, the actually-active protocol version?

All 5 version is Active
