Cisco RV082 reset all settings

Our RV-082 router behave strange. Every time after restart all settings erased. We have to restore settings and than after power off all settings erase again. Need help to resolve this issue.

and also suggest to open SMB tac case - if you already on latest firmware.

I am using latest Firmware. and can you explain what is SMB Tac please?

No one was able to help me until I tried it myself and found the solution. I just replaced Firmware RV0XX_v4.2.3.14 with a little bit of old firmware RV0XX_v4.2.3.10 and my problem is resolved for now.
