Hi Chris, it worked now i get the additional IPCC extension parameter in the end user configuration.Also the sync with UCCX is working for resources. thanks a lotBR

Hi, thanks for your responses.all end users have the permission "Standard CTI Enabled" In CUCM 10.5 it is not possible to assign an IPCC extension.Its only possible to set a "primary extension".The AXL user has axl permissions is there any possiblity...
