Dial-in number from China for audio option

I tried to set up TC with my partner in China, but she could neither find dial-in number nor connect through the computer audio. I am wondering if there is a free dial-in number to connect from China. If not, is there any number that can be used for our TC, like the number for Hong Kong? If so, how much would that be to use that number in China?

You can setup global call in / cal back numbers within the Audio settings of a site. Additional details on China Toll-free can be found at https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX71662/Are-there-China-toll-free-Dialing-Restrictions
