Man,

you should have created this as a discussion, not a document.

I think you are enabling rogue policies.

From your WLC GUI this is in Security -> Wireless Protection Policies -> Rogue Policies.

You might be creating policy rules that does not match the rogue AP that you have.

If you are enaling any policy of rogue containment this might be related.

If there are any other messages appear along with those above that might be useful.

what is the WLC version that you are using?
